Install

Set up in five minutes

Do this on the PC you bill on. If you have more than one PC, start with the main one.

    Download the installer

    Click Download for Windows. The file SuperBilling-Setup.exe saves to your Downloads folder.

    Edge may say the file "isn't commonly downloaded". Click the … next to it, then Keep. Then click the arrow next to Delete and choose Keep anyway.

    Open it

    Open the file from your browser's downloads or the Downloads folder. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway. Windows shows this for new apps it doesn't know yet, and only the first time.

    Install

    Keep the suggested folder (or pick another) and click Install. When it finishes, click Finish and Super Billing opens. You'll find it in the Start menu and on the desktop.

    Set up your shop

    Enter your email, mobile number and a password. We email you a 6-digit code: type it in and your free account is ready. This needs internet just this once. Then add your shop's details, and your products from Excel or CSV, or as you bill.

    Bought a licence?

    Click Have a licence key? when you set up, or later open Settings → Plan, and enter your licence key. Everything unlocks on the same PC, and your bills and stock stay as they are.

Updates

Updates install by themselves

You never download Super Billing again. Every update is free, on every plan.

    It checks on its own

    When the PC has internet, Super Billing looks for a new version a few times a day.

  2. 02

    Downloads quietly

    The new version downloads in the background while you keep billing. Nothing stops at the counter.

  3. 03

    Installs when you close

    It installs the next time you close Super Billing. Want it now? Click the Super Billing icon near the clock and choose Restart now to update.

Your bills, stock, customers and settings stay exactly as they are. PC never online? Download the installer from this page and run it again: it updates the app and keeps your data.

Add a billing counter

Extra counter add-on · same shop Wi-Fi or cable network

  1. Install Super Billing on the counter PC the same way.
  2. On its first screen, click This PC is a billing counter? Connect it to the main PC.
  3. On the main PC, open Settings → Billing Counters and click Add a counter.
  4. Type the 6-digit code on the counter PC and click Connect.

Moving to a new PC

Bring your shop over with everything in it

  1. Install Super Billing on the new PC.
  2. With cloud backup: on the first screen, click Moving to a new PC? Restore from your cloud backup and enter your licence key and recovery key.
  3. Without it: on the old PC, take a backup to a pen drive from Settings → Backup & Restore, then restore it on the new PC from the same place.

    Download on the phone

    Open this page on your Android phone and tap Download the Android app.

    Install

    Open the downloaded file and tap Install. The first time, Android asks to allow apps from your browser: tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source and go back.

    Connect it to your shop

    On the shop PC, open Settings → Cloud Backup and click Connect a phone. In the app, tap Scan QR code and point the phone at the code.

    Updates

    When a new version is out, the app shows an Update button. Tap it and Install. You stay connected.

Install questions

Yes. Download it only from this page. The "Windows protected your PC" message appears because Super Billing is new to Windows, not because something is wrong. Click More info, then Run anyway. If Edge says the file "isn't commonly downloaded", click Keep, then Keep anyway.
Only to download the installer, make your free account or activate a licence (once), get updates and use cloud backup. Billing, printing, stock and reports all work without internet.
If the PC goes online now and then, you always do: Super Billing updates itself. When a new version is waiting, the icon near the clock shows Restart now to update.
No. Running the installer again, or even uninstalling, keeps your bills, stock and customers on the PC. Still, take a backup from Settings → Backup & Restore now and then.
The installed app is for Windows. On a Mac, or any other computer, use the online app in the browser.
